Job Description
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to run paid acquisition across our portfolio of brands, campaigns, products and events. Reporting to the Head of Digital, this is an execution role. You will be inside the advertising platforms every week — building campaigns, launching them, reading the data, testing aggressively and improving performance. This is not an agency management role. You own the build and you own the outcome.

Key responsibilities

Build, launch, QA and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant platforms
n
Manage campaign structure, audiences, placements, budgets, bidding strategies and conversion events
n
Monitor pacing and performance closely, acting quickly to improve CPA, CPL, ROAS and revenue
n
Run structured creative testing across hooks, angles, formats and offers — and turn the results into specific creative briefs
n
Build and manage retargeting and audience development across the customer journey
n
Implement and maintain tracking across GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, Conversions API and UTMs
n




Work with the web team on landing page testing and conversion rate optimisation
n
Report concisely on what happened, why it happened, and the next action
n
Stop waste early, fix the underlying issue, and scale winners without losing efficiency
n
About you
n
Demonstrated hands‐on paid media experience, gained in‐house, agency‐side or both
n
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
n
Evidence of personally managing meaningful campaigns and budgets, with commercial results you can talk through
n
Confident with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and common attribution problems
n
A disciplined testing method: explicit hypothesis, controlled change, documented outcome
n
Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset — profitable growth, not clicks
n
Comfortable working across multiple brands without losing execution detail
n
Comfortable using AI and automation tools to work faster.
