What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Running client discovery sessions and solution design/architecture
n
Delivering cloud and infrastructure projects
n
Providing Level 3 engineering support across client environments
n
Troubleshooting complex technical issues
n
Assisting clients with forward thinking IT Strategy!
n




Visiting client sites when required
n
Acting as a technical advisor to clients
n
Assist on security projects
n
Perform senior strategic IT functions for the company and customers
n
Contributing to improving documentation and internal systems
n
n
What You'll Bring:
n
n
Proven MSP experience supporting multiple client environments
n
Experience with cloud migrations and modern workplace deployments
n
Exposure to security solutions and best practices (M365 Security, identity, conditional access etc.)
n
Experience with solution design and technical architecture
n
Experience with modern device management (Intune, Autopilot)
n
Relevant Microsoft certifications or working towards them
n
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause problem-solving ability
n
Experience delivering cloud and infrastructure projectsConfident client communication and advisory skills
n
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple clients and tasks
n
Solid documentation habits and attention to detail
n
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for learning
n

Intune/Autopilot
n
On-prem infrastructure

Backup & Disaster Recovery

Cloud migration experience
