Galvin Rowley Executive has been exclusively retained to recruit a Procurement Operations Manager for one of Australia's largest ASX-listed organisations.
n With operations spanning thousands of team members, multiple business divisions and a significant national procurement spend, our client is undertaking an enterprise-wide transformation of its procurement capability.
n This newly created leadership opportunity will play a pivotal role in strengthening procurement governance, reporting, analytics, systems, supplier risk and operational excellence.

The Chance
n
Reporting to the Head of Procurement Operations, you will lead the day-to-day coordination and continuous improvement of procurement operations across the enterprise.
n
You'll be responsible for establishing best-practice governance, reporting frameworks, procurement systems, contract lifecycle management, supplier risk processes and procurement enablement.
n This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Procurement Excellence, Procurement Operations or Procurement Governance professional looking to step into a highly visible enterprise role.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead procurement reporting and analytics
n
Develop executive dashboards and procurement insights
n
Manage governance frameworks and compliance activities
n
Oversee contract lifecycle management processes
n




Support supplier risk and third-party assurance
n
Act as procurement systems SME
n
Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
n
Develop procurement tools, templates and playbooks
n
Support procurement transformation programs
n
Partner across Finance, Technology, Legal, Risk and Procurement
n
n
About You
n
n
7-10+ years' experience in Procurement Operations, Procurement Excellence or Governance
n
Experience supporting enterprise procurement transformation
n
Strong reporting and analytical capability
n
Advanced Power BI, Excel and procurement systems experience
n
Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and supplier governance
n
Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua or similar
n
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
n
Ability to simplify complex operational processes
n
