I'm working with a Top 20 professional services firm in Brisbane looking for an experienced Audit Senior who wants greater responsibility, stronger client exposure and a genuine pathway towards Manager.
n
You'll join an established Audit & Assurance team working across a diverse portfolio of quality clients, with direct exposure to experienced Managers, Directors and Partners.

You'll work across:

ASX-listed and large private businesses

Growing Australian businesses

Complex and varied audit engagements
n
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Planning and leading external audit engagements
n
Managing audit fieldwork through to completion
n
Preparing and reviewing financial statements and audit documentation
n
Identifying risks and resolving audit and accounting issues
n
Building strong relationships with clients
n
Working closely with Managers, Directors and Partners
n
Reviewing work and supporting junior team members
n
Exposure to complex accounting and reporting matters




n
n
About you
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
3+ years' external audit experience within Australian public practice
n
CA/CPA qualified or currently completing
n
Experience within Big 4, mid-tier or a reputable boutique firm
n
Strong understanding of Australian Accounting and Auditing Standards
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Ambition to continue progressing your career
n
