We are currently looking for a confidentClient Support Specialist to join our growing Operations team. This role is perfect for someone just starting out in the industry and looking to grow their experience!
n
You will be working hybrid between our Head Office in Newstead and home.
n
What you'll do
n
As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for handling client enquiries, ensuring straightforward, timely and accurate solutions while meeting SLAs and regulatory requirements.
n
Your day may include:
n
n
Handle and respond to client queries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
n
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
n
Investigate invoice or payment queries and provide clear explanations of the process
n
Identify and elevate any potential risks or discrepancies to the Banking & Payroll manager when required
n




Assist with Queensland Government banking and payroll activities as required
n
n
Our ideal new addition will have:
n
n
Experience in client support particularly within novated leasing, salary packaging or financial services
n
Experience and knowledge of banking systems such as Xero
n
Experience in developing and documenting processes and system guidance
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Salesforce and/or Catch-e is advantageous.
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
n
