Join the Government Public & Regulatory team and advise a diverse range of Commonwealth clients.
n
Work on complex and challenging administrative and regulatory matters.
n
Assist with high-profile, sensitive, and strategic matters alongside leading experts.
n
Participate in regular advocacy work in Federal Courts and the Administrative Review Tribunal.
n
Work alongside leading Australian administrative and regulatory lawyers in a high-performing, supportive, and collaborative team environment.
n
Develop the practice according to personal aspirations and interests.
n

Requirements
n
n
At least 12 months' experience in a well-regarded litigation practice.
n
Ideally, experience in administrative/public law with merits review, judicial review, or regulatory law exposure.
n
Solid grounding in and demonstrated interest in administrative law.
n
Ideally, advocacy experience in Tribunals and/or Federal Courts.
n
Successful applicants are subject to pre-employment and, in some circumstances,
ongoing criminal history and other background checks.
n

Demonstrates expertise in administrative law, including merits review and judicial review, with a solid focus on advocacy in Federal Courts and Tribunals. Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory matters while collaborating effectively within a high-performing legal team.
