About the Position
n
We are seeking a motivated Counter Sales Representative to join a busy and fast-paced team in Acacia Ridge. This role is focused on providing outstanding customer service to trade and commercial customers while supporting day-to-day sales operations. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, assisting with product enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service experience.

Key Responsibilities
n
Serve and assist walk‐in trade and commercial customers
n
Process sales orders and customer enquiries
n
Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly
n




Prepare invoices, credits, and sales documentation
n
Pick and prepare small customer orders
n
Replenish stock and maintain shelf presentation
n
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
n
Support daily store and sales operations
n
Skills and Experience Required
n
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration
n
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Good computer and data entry skills
n
Ability to build rapport with trade and commercial customers
n
Experience in a trade, industrial, or blue-collar environment (preferred)
n
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
n
