Contract Administrator | Adelaide
We're partnering with a well-established contractor in Adelaide that's continuing to grow and is looking to add a Contract Administrator to its commercial team.
This is a excellent opportunity for a motivated CA who enjoys being close to the delivery side of projects while taking ownership of the commercial and contractual functions. Experience in structural steel or similar construction sectors is advantageous, but not essential.
The Role
Managing monthly progress claims, payment tracking, and cashflow reporting
Preparing and administering variations, including cost build-ups and supporting documentation
Assessing and managing subcontractor and supplier claims
Contract administration and subcontract management throughout the project lifecycle
Procurement support, including the preparation and execution of subcontract agreements
Assisting with cost reporting, forecasting, and commercial risk management
About You
Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within construction, engineering, or infrastructure
Strong understanding of contracts, variations, and commercial processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred
