We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team for a large-scale event in Canberra.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading a team, working in a busy service environment and making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef and management team to deliver a high standard of food, coffee and customer service throughout the event.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day FOH operation, including:
Leading, training and supporting the FOH team
Managing rosters and staffing requirements
Keeping service running smoothly during busy periods
Maintaining coffee and customer service standards




Working closely with the kitchen and management team
Managing FOH setup, pack-down, cleanliness and presentation

What we’re looking for

You’ll need:
Previous Front of House Management experience, ideally in events or high-volume hospitality
Experience leading and managing a team
Solid organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Barista experience and confidence working during busy service
A hands-on approach and willingness to jump in when needed
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Current NSW RSA (essential)
Your own licence and transport is preferred
