In this crucial customer-facing role, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience to our valued customers. Our Sales Assistants are the face of our business, ensuring our store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and that every customer leaves happy.
Key responsibilities
Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service
Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and processing sales transactions
Maintaining the store's visual appeal by restocking shelves, tidying displays, and ensuring a clean and organised retail workplace
Handling cash and card payments and balancing the till at the end of each shift
Supporting the management team with various administrative tasks as required
About you
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferred but not essential
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
