Working closely with an experienced legal team, you will be responsible for managing conveyancing matters from start to finish while ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Key responsibilities
Managing residential conveyancing files with minimal supervision
Supporting the Senior Conveyancer and Solicitor across a busy practice
Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation
Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and other key stakeholders
Utilising LEAP and PEXA to manage transactions efficiently
Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring deadlines are met
About you
Demonstrated experience managing conveyancing files
Strong working knowledge of LEAP and PEXA
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to work autonomously and confidently manage competing priorities
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
Immediate availability to commence a temporary assignment
