Due to continued growth, we are partnering with a highly regarded Gold Coast real estate group seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager.
n
The business has a substantial presence across the region and offers the resources of a large organisation while maintaining a supportive local team environment.

The Role
n
n
Manage the day-to-day performance of an established portfolio
n
Develop solid relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections
n
Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractors
n
Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
n
Oversee tenancy matters from commencement through to vacate
n
Resolve escalated matters professionally and proactively
n
Maintain accurate records and legislative compliance
n




Collaborate with the broader property management and sales teams
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience managing a residential portfolio
n
Solid knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
n
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
n
Highly organised with robust attention to detail
n
Confident managing competing priorities
n
Proactive, accountable and solutions focused
n
Current Queensland real estate registration
n
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
