The Opportunity
n
We are excited to be opening a brand-new Montessori Academy centre in Bankstown, located at 517 Chapel Road, Bankstown NSW ****.
n
As we prepare to open our doors, we're looking for passionate Certificate III and Diploma qualified Room Assistants and Room Leaders to join our new team and be part of building a positive centre culture from day one.
n
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand-new centre, help establish strong routines and practices, and create a welcoming Montessori environment for children,



families and educators.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Work collaboratively as part of a passionate team to provide high-quality education and care.
n
Build positive, nurturing relationships with children and families.
n
Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
n
Maintain a protected, clean and welcoming learning environment.
n
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, service policies and child safety practices.
n
Complete observations and contribute to children's learning documentation.
n
Communicate effectively with families regarding children's learning and wellbeing.
n
Support the implementation of Montessori principles throughout daily practice.
n
Contribute to establishing a positive team culture within our brand-new centre.
n

About You
n
n
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
n
Current Working with Children Check.
n
First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
n
Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework,



National Quality Standards and EYLF.
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
A genuine passion for early childhood education.
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
n
A commitment to providing exceptional care and learning experiences for every child.
n
A positive and proactive approach to being part of a current centre opening.
