Develop Training and Materials for a new IT System
n

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Lead to design and coordinate a comprehensive capability-building program supporting the transition to a new IT System.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Conduct training needs analyses and skills gap assessments in partnership with leaders and subject matter experts.
n
Develop a comprehensive training plan covering priorities, timelines, delivery methods and success measures.
n
Design engaging learning materials, practical guides, assessments and supporting resources.
n
Coordinate training delivery, onboarding activities and capability-building programs for employees.
n
Establish effective systems for tracking training completion,



workforce readiness and progress reporting to stakeholders.
n
n
Key Skills and Experience
n
n
Demonstrated experience leading learning and development, workforce capability or operational training initiatives.
n
Robust capability in training needs analysis, skills gap assessment and learning program design.
n
Experience developing high-quality learning materials, assessments and onboarding resources.
n
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills
n
Strong planning, coordination and reporting skills
n
