Instructional Designer (6-12 Month Contract)

We're seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop and enhance engaging face-to-face, blended and online learning solutions for a diverse operational workforce.
n
This hands-on role will see you uplift existing eLearning programs and create new learning materials, including eLearning courses, facilitator guides, learner resources, assessments, presentations and visual learning assets.
n
Working closely with the Senior Advisor, Capability, subject matter experts and business stakeholders, you'll contribute to a range of learning projects while managing your own workload and deliverables.

About You You will bring:
n
n
2-5 years' experience in instructional design
n
Experience designing adult workplace learning solutions
n
Strong written communication and visual design skills
n
Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders and subject matter experts
n
Practical experience with Articulate Rise and Storyline
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n




Experience using Canva
n
Qualifications in Training Design and Development or a related discipline
n
Experience designing learning for operational, construction, infrastructure, transport, trade or safety-focused environments
n
Strong visual design capability and a willingness to learn new tools and techniques
n
n
Portfolio Requirement Applicants must submit a portfolio that includes screenshots or examples of their work and clearly outlines their personal contribution to each project.

Location & Duration This chance is available for 6-12 months, with flexible work locations across Queensland, including Brisbane, Cairns, Mackay, Townsville and other locations by negotiation.
