Job Description
Brightwater Care is seeking a Community Support Worker to provide in-home support across the Perth metropolitan area, including Joondalup, Currambine, Connelly, Tapping and Kinross.
This pool position offers fixed days (Mon, Wed, Fri 8am–1pm) and travel to clients with a own vehicle.
You will assist with day-to-day tasks, social access, and companionship, as well as personal care and documentation.
Adaptable roster and travel requirements apply.
