$150,000 base + super + car allowance + quarterly bonuses | $250K+ total package potential

About the role
n
Reporting to the Head of Project Operations, you will manage construction projects end-to-end and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal stakeholders.
n
You will remain closely involved in the details of data centre construction and internal fit-out delivery across Victoria.
n
Key responsibilities
n
Planning, programming and resource scheduling
n
Managing internal fit-out packages including walls, ceilings, racks, steel and carpentry
n
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site teams
n
Managing procurement, logistics and site installation
n
Budget management, forecasting, progress claims and variations
n
Client and stakeholder communication
n
Quality assurance, inspections, defects and handover
n
Driving projects to completion on time, within budget and to the required quality standard
n
About you
n
Strong Project Management experience within commercial construction, fit-out,



interiors or specialist contracting
n
Hands-on experience coordinating multiple trade packages and site delivery
n
Exposure to walls, ceilings, steel, carpentry, joinery, modular systems or similar fit-out packages
n
Strong commercial capability across budgets, procurement, variations and project costs
n
Positive programming, sequencing and subcontractor management skills
n
Strong client, builder and consultant communication
n
A practical, hands-on approach to resolving site issues
n
Previous data centre experience will be viewed favourably, particularly where combined with strong commercial fit-out delivery capability.
n
This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys technical detail in construction, site coordination, and end-to-end project ownership.
