To be successful you must have the following
n
n
Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction
n
Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement and project financial management
n
Strong working knowledge of Australian Standard contracts, along with exposure to industry-leading financial and project management systems such as Cheops, Jobpac, and Procore
n
Relevant construction, quantity surveying or engineering qualifications preferred
n
n
Working alongside experienced construction professionals, you'll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle on well-structured developments while enjoying the lifestyle benefits that come with working on the Sunshine Coast.
