Job Description
This location is a compact, pop-up style café rather than one of our larger retail cafés. It's a hands‐on environment where you'll be customer-facing, making coffee, serving customers and keeping the café running smoothly.

About the Role
n
As a Barista / Café All‐Rounder, you'll play an important role in the day‐to‐day operation of our Kew café, delivering friendly and efficient service while keeping the space clean, organised and welcoming.
n
Responsibilities include:
n
n
Greeting, serving customers, taking orders
n
Preparing high‐quality coffee, food and drinks
n
Adjusting the grind and dialling in the grinder
n
Opening and closing the coffee station
n
Managing the coffee station independently during busy periods
n
Maintaining a clean and organised café environment
n
Assisting with general café operations as required
n
n
Our trading hours are 7:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday and 7:00am – 3:00pm on weekends.
n
Your weekly hours will vary, with regular ***** hours per week available.

About You
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has previous experience working as a Barista in a café or hospitality environment
n
Has at least 1 year of coffee experience
n
Is confident managing the morning and afternoon rush independently when required
n
Has experience adjusting the grind and dialling in the grinder
n
Has experience opening and closing a coffee station
n
Is comfortable working in a small, fast‐paced café workplace
n
Has robust customer service skills and enjoys interacting with customers
n
Works efficiently and enjoys being part of a team
n
Is reliable, motivated and willing to learn
n
Is available to work weekends
n
Has full working rights in Australia
