1 - Databricks Architect also requires Utility Industry experience, i.e. should have done databricks implementation for a Utility (Gas, Electricity, Water)

Implementation expereince ofmigrating/modernizationaway from Synapse to Databricks
Experience and ability to define Architecture work, patterns, etc
Ability to provide Data & Analytics advisory support - PoV on industry trends, future and the best architecture
Guide the tech delivery team on migration execution and delivery
Databricks certified
Melbourne based with excellent commscapability/stakeholdermanagement/Tech to business talk
