BlueCare is seeking an experienced Home Services Lead to manage day-to-day delivery of food, cleaning and laundry services in our aged care environments.
You will lead, coach and empower your team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care and to uphold food safety and infection control standards.
You will oversee rostering, drive service performance, and build solid relationships with residents, families and internal stakeholders while identifying opportunities for service improvements
