You will develop hypotheses, test ideas, and scale winning concepts while guiding a small creative team and integrating human psychology with data-driven insight.
You will own end-to-end paid creative, manage volume (10 concepts/week, more by Q4), and align with a marketing calendar that seasons in solid, tested assets.
