Little Beloved's Early Learning Centre is recruiting an Educational Leader and Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to steer the service's educational direction while leading and mentoring the teaching team.
The role combines classroom leadership with overarching curriculum strategy aligned to EYLF and NQS compliance.
The successful candidate will model faith-inspired values, supervise Diploma and Cert III educators, and partner with the Centre Director to drive program quality and staff development.
