Job Description
Ford Australia is seeking a Systems Engineering Transformation Lead to guide a cross-functional team across Australia and India, driving MBSE adoption and first-principles engineering to deliver product excellence.
Based at the IMG Product Development hub in Broadmeadows, the role is full time with a hybrid schedule (four days in the office) and global collaboration outside office hours, reporting to the Systems Engineering Manager.
