About the Position
We are seeking a motivated Counter Sales Representative to join a busy and fast-paced team in Acacia Ridge.
This role is focused on providing outstanding customer service to trade and commercial customers while supporting day-to-day sales operations.
You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, assisting with product enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve and assist walk-in trade and commercial customers
Process sales orders and customer enquiries
Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly
Prepare invoices, credits, and sales documentation
Pick and prepare small customer orders
Replenish stock and maintain shelf presentation
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders




Support daily store and sales operations
Skills and Experience Required
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer and data entry skills
Ability to build rapport with trade and commercial customers
Experience in a trade, industrial, or blue-collar environment (preferred)
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
