Pacific National is seeking a proactive Service Delivery Controller to join the Day of Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
You will manage live train services, coordinate crews and assets, and respond to real-time challenges to ensure safety and on-time performance.
The role requires a safety-focused mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work in a quick-paced, shift-based operation.
12-hour rotating shifts include days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
