ThisisagreatopportunityforsomeonewithstronganalyticalandExcelskills
lookingtobuildortransitionintofundsmanagement.Whilstpriorfund
experienceisanicetohavebutnotessential,transferableskillsandadesiretolearnare key.
KeyResponsibilities
Manageinvestoronboarding,includingapplicationprocessing,KYC/AMLchecks,andrecordmaintenance
Processtransactionssuchassubscriptions,distributions,andredemptions
Supportinvestorqueriesviaphoneandemailwithclear,professionalcommunication




Prepareinvestorreports,statements,andfunddocumentation
Assistwithreconciliations,fundoperations,andreportingactivities
Maintainaccuratedata,tracktasks,andsupportprocessimprovement
About
YouStrongExcelskills(PivotTables,lookups,dataanalysis)
Highattentiontodetailandstrongnumericalability
Clearandprofessionalcommunicationskills
Well-organisedwiththeabilitytomanagemultiplepriorities
Experienceinaprocess-drivenenvironment(e.g.banking,accounting,superannuation,propertyorlegaladmin)
