Job Description
Monument is seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead the Murchison Operations & Project Development in Western Australia, guiding development, construction and readiness for production, with a focus on safety, sustainability and commercial success.
You will provide strategic leadership across mining, processing, technical services, projects, maintenance and HSE, oversee mine planning and performance, and build a high‐performing management team to deliver on schedule and budget.
