The Victorian Bar Association in Melbourne seeks a Corporate Services Manager to lead and coordinate corporate services, HR, IT, facilities and risk management.
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will drive member-focused services, operational excellence and continuous improvement across a busy skilled services environment.
You will manage the admin and digital teams, oversee HRIS (Employment Hero), safety and wellbeing programs, and ensure compliant policy development.
