If you like to talk to customers, talk all day, but the pace is fast
Preferable for Baristas to have experience in high volume setting and making a wide variety of beverages - e.g. short/long macchiato, mocha, matcha, dirty chai etc
Pay increases according to experience/ability and speed
Play whatever music you like
