Job Description
Early Settler Tamworth store is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to drive sales and lead a high-performing team.
You'll chair daily operations, set standards, and ensure a memorable customer experience that reflects our brand values.
You'll coach staff, manage budgets, analyse KPI performance, and develop rosters while maintaining OH&S; and a safe, welcoming setting.
Regular manual handling is required.
