Pan Pacific Melbourne, part of Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts, is seeking a Commis Chef to join the Docklands kitchen team at Dock 37 Restaurant and Bar.
You will assist with rapid-paced food preparation and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests.
Ideal candidates will have prior kitchen experience, a Cookery qualification (Cert II/III) and a genuine passion for food, with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
