With an outstanding reputation for delivering quality residential developments for some of Sydney's leading developers, the business is entering its next stage of growth and is looking for a commercially astute Senior Project Manager to become a key member of its leadership team. This isn't simply another Project Manager role — it is an opportunity to influence how the business grows over the next five years.

ABOUT THE ROLE
n
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the successful delivery of major residential apartment projects while working closely with the executive leadership team to drive operational excellence across the business.
n
You'll mentor and develop Project Managers, Commercial, Engineers and Site Teams, contribute to strategic planning, improve delivery processes and play an integral role in building the company's future leadership capability.
n
For the right individual, this role offers a genuine pathway into a Construction Manager position as the business continues to expand.

Your responsibilities will include:
n
n




Leading the delivery of large-scale residential apartment developments from pre-construction through to completion
n
Managing project programmes, budgets, commercial outcomes and client relationships
n
Leading Project Managers, Site Managers and delivery teams across multiple projects
n
Building strong relationships with Tier 1 developers, consultants and subcontractors
n
Driving project performance, quality, safety and commercial outcomes
n
Supporting business growth through mentoring, leadership and continuous improvement initiatives
n
n
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE
n
Ideally you will possess:
n
n
Extensive experience delivering residential apartment projects for a Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder
n
Demonstrated success managing projects valued between $50M-$150M
n
Strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder management capability
n
Proven leadership experience developing high-performing project teams
n
A collaborative leadership style with the ambition to progress into a Construction Manager role
n
