**Full Time | Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm**

We are seeking a **mature, experienced and reliable Holiday Resort Manager** to join our team in Surfers Paradise.
n
This is a hands‐on position for someone with solid experience in **holiday accommodation, resort management or hotel front office operations**. We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, solving problems and managing day‐to‐day resort operations.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Managing daily front office and guest services
n
Handling guest enquiries, check‐ins, complaints and general requests
n
Inspecting apartments/rooms to ensure they are ready for guest arrivals
n
Coordinating cleaners, maintenance contractors and trades when required
n
Following up maintenance issues through to completion
n
Communicating professionally with apartment owners when required
n
Assisting with bookings, emails,



phone calls and general administration
n
Liaising with trades and contractors regarding minor building-related matters
n
Supporting the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the resort
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous experience in **holiday accommodation, resort management"
n
Mature, responsible and confident working independently
n
Strong guest service and problem‐solving skills
n
Comfortable communicating with guests, apartment owners and tradespeople
n
Well organised with solid attention to detail
n
Able to manage multiple matters and priorities at the same time
n
Good computer and administration skills
n
**Experience using REI is highly preferred**
n
Experience with holiday accommodation booking systems will be highly regarded
n
n
This is **not an entry‐level position**. We are looking for an experienced person who can take responsibility for daily operations, make sensible decisions and follow issues through to completion with minimal supervision.
