About the Role
n
As a member of the Communications team, you'll:
n
n
Support the planning, management and delivery of communications plans and storytelling outputs that keep us connected and engaged to the creative industries, community, supporters and audiences.
n
Create and share content and storytelling through multiple channels to connect with diverse communities of interest to support brand awareness, advocacy and loyalty.
n
Play an active role in supporting the Communications leadership team to achieve strategic and tactical objectives.
n
Contribute to developing compelling persuasive and engaging storytelling that speaks to our principles, values, mission and purpose.
n
n
Full-time Fixed Term October ****, salary band 3.3 $91,****** p.a. plus superannuation.
n
Your Qualifications and Experience (Key Criteria)
n
n
Relevant tertiary qualification in communications and/or minimum 4 years' experience in communications, storytelling, stakeholder and audience engagement, internal team engagement, culture and change communications.
n
Creative ability to collaboratively shape engaging, persuasive and compelling content (written and digital) for a multitude of channels and platforms.
n
Experience briefing or producing digital content, particularly video and audio.
n
Storytelling and writing capability that entertains, informs, inspires and uplifts, no matter who the audience.
n
Experience in strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management, both internal and external.
n
Proven experience with currently technology, systems and applications and the ability to learn and apply new technology and systems.
n
Experience in coordination and delivery of projects, company-wide internal events, All Team meetings, presentations and publications.

The Strategic Communications team is responsible for external and internal communications across the organisation, narrative and storytelling, strategic and campaign-based media, brand integrity, leadership positioning, reputation and issues management, change communications, internal culture, publications and stakeholder engagement.
n
Arts Centre Melbourne acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land on which we gather, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung. We also acknowledge the neighbouring Kulin Nation groups, the Boonwurrung and Bunurong people, and pay our respects to elders, past and present.
