About the Role
n Work closely with Ann-Karyn Fraser, a respected Brisbane Lead Agent with more than a decade of success and become an integral part of her business.
n As Executive Assistant & Agent Support, you'll be involved across the full property journey - coordinating campaigns, supporting sales, managing priorities and helping deliver the exceptional service Ann-Karyn is known for.
n This is an opportunity to work alongside an accomplished agent, gain valuable industry exposure and play a genuine part in the continued growth of the business.
n Day in the life:
n
n
Manage property campaigns from appraisal through to settlement.
n
Prepare listing presentations, contracts, Form 6s and campaign documentation.
n
Coordinate marketing, photography, copywriting, listings and campaign launches.
n
Manage calendars, inspections, auctions and campaign timelines.
n
Prepare vendor reports, client communications and maintain CRM records.
n
Coordinate client follow-up, reviews and settlement gifts.
n
Provide proactive executive support to Ann-Karyn.
n
Anticipate needs,



solve problems and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Real estate experience is preferred.
n
Solid organisation and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
