We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Optical dispensers/Eyewear Specialiststo join global leader in lens manufacturing.

You'll contribute to the production and preparation of high-quality optical lenses, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional standards throughout the process.

Key responsibilities
n

Sort and prioritise incoming jobs
n
Unpack and prepare lenses for processing
n
Clean and inspect lenses to ensure quality standards are met
n
Perform dotting and blocking of lenses
n
Undertake hand chamfering as required
n
Accurately scan barcodes and process jobs through internal systems
n
Follow established quality procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
n
Maintain a safe, organised, and productive work environment
n
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets
n

Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
n
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced production environment
n




Good manual dexterity and confidence working with small components
n
Basic computer skills and the ability to use barcode scanning systems
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
n
Previous experience in optical manufacturing, production, laboratory, or assembly environments is advantageous but not essential
n

Remote Edge Team-Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm
n Fit-Match team: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
