WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
n
n
Leading day-to-day mobile crushing and screening operations
n
Supervising operators and trades to achieve production targets
n
Coordinating maintenance, shutdowns, and fault finding
n
Driving safety, environmental compliance, and reporting
n
Mentoring and developing your team
n

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
n
n
Statutory Supervisor (S26) Certificate
n
Current WA Driver's Licence(HR preferred)
n
High Risk Work Licences and mobile plant tickets(desirable)
n




Minimum5+ years' experiencein crushing plant operations with previoussupervisory/leadership experience(2+ years preferred)
n
Strong technical knowledge of crushing equipment(jaw, cone, impact),screens, conveyors and hydraulics, with proven fault-finding and maintenance coordination capability
n
Demonstrated leadership experience with theability to lead, mentor and develop teamsin a production-driven environment
n
Strong focus on safety, compliance and environmental standards, withthe ability to manage production targets, downtime and reporting requirements.
