Jesuit Social Services in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Case Manager for our Justice Programs to provide intensive, trauma-informed support to children aged 8–13 at risk of youth justice involvement. You will work with families, schools, ACCOs, health services and other partners to coordinate services and strengthen protective factors.
