Schmick Scratch and Dent Assist is a membership program for repairs of minor scratches and dents on our members vehicles. We areseeking self-motivated, enthusiastic, friendly customer service officers to join the customer service team in our modern offices in Mulgrave. You will be part of a supportive, fun, professional team that supports you with your growth and development. About the role:

Contacting customers to discuss outcomes for repairs requests
n
To support our technicians by coordinating schedules
n
Ensuring clear communication of changes to both customers and technicians and seniors
n
Resolving customer escalations by providing solutions and alternatives within set time limits
n
Managing high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls
n
n
What we are looking for:

1 candidate to join our customer service team.

You will be a highly motivated and driven individual with a passion for customer satisfaction.

You can work well as part of a team
n
Skills and experience:
n
n
The desire to work with people engage in verbal and written interactions over email and phone
n
A solid focus on customer satisfaction
n
Solid and proven problem-solving ability
n
High attention to detail
n
Organisational skills and ability to multi-task
n
Experience in a customer service role advantageous but not essential
n
Fluency in English is a must
n
