Our highly reputable client is growing their Allied Health team near Bokarina on the Sunshine Coast and is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to support older adults in a modern clinic environment.

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 + Super + Benefits

Adult Aged Care Caseload: CHSP & Support at Home clients aged 65+
n
Predominantly Clinic-Based Role: With some home visits for assessments - work within a state of the art AI integrated gym
n
This is a predominantly clinic-based role working with CHSP and Support at Home clients aged 65+, with some home visits for assessments and the option to include a small mixed-age NDIS caseload if desired.

Admin Support: Dedicated support for bookings, billings, and client correspondence, with Power Diary used for scheduling.

Your Role Will Include:
n
Conducting swallowing and communication assessments for older adults
n
Developing and implementing evidence-based therapy plans
n
Completing occasional home visits for functional assessments
n
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
n
Contributing to service development and clinical excellence
n
Requirements:
n
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
n
Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist
n
SPA membership
n
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
n
Driver's licence and own vehicle
n
