ASP1 Company Wilken Service Pty Ltd based in Caringbah is looking for civil workers:
n
Labourers with Truck Licence to hand excavate, backfill & install conduit and excavator operators who are not afraid to get their hands dirty.

Requirements

Excavator Operators must have a Min of 2 years' experience in Trenching around live services
n
Australian Resident
n
Assist and spotter for Plant Operators
n
Shovelling and manual handling associated with construction works
n
All applicants must be hands on
n
n
Attributes

Physically fit
n
Ability to work in a team setting
n
Follow instructions and directions from Leading Hands/Project Managers
n
Practical knowledge of WHS
n
Positive attitude
n
Experience operating power toolsReliable with excellent attendance and work ethic
n

Work Conditions

Hourly rate from $48-$53 per hour(depending on experience)
n
40 hr week (save 2hrs to RDO)
n
4 weeks annual leave per year
n
RDO once a month
n
Rain days
n
Long Service Leave Corporation
n
Sick leave and carers leave
n
Successful applicants are supplied Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – safety boots, hard hat, Hi-Vis ARC rated clothing
n
Overtime available PENATLY RATES APPLY
n
Opportunities to increase skill level and be promoted within the company

Willing to work both day & night shifts + weekends when REQUIRED
n
3+ months initial work to full time dependent on performance
n
Ausgrid & Endeavour Energy electrical safety training will be provided
