About the Role:
n
Reporting directly to our Group Service Manager; & working alongside another Service Manager, we are seeking an experienced manager to assist our daily operations of our service centre based in Kirrawee!
n
Responsibilities:
n
n
Hands on leading a team of Service Advisors
n
Providing outstanding customer service by being the point of contact between the customer and our back of house
n
Confidently and accurately communicating to the customer around their vehicle
n
Delegating and scheduling of work
n
Coaching,



developing and assisting your team where required
n
Reporting through ERA
n
Ensuring the team delivers outstanding customer service and CSI is achieved
n
n
About you:
n
n
You will be an experienced service manager (or assistant service manager with multi-franchise experience and experience with the above responsibilities)
n
ERA/ERA Net/Power Experience- highly regarded
n
You will have proven experience assisting & leading a team
n
Exceptional customer service skills
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
A ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly
n
A reliable, punctual and hardworking disposition
n
