Run a tight ship without losing the fun

What you'll actually be doing:
Owning day-to-day café operations — food preparation and execution, the Guest Experience and upholding the Cali standard
Coaching and developing your team to be their best
Keeping an eye on the numbers that matter (sales, wastage, labour)




Bringing energy to every shift and every guest interaction
Stepping up as a genuine 2IC to your Manager
