About the role

This is an active leadership position. Black Fox Industries is a commercial concrete company looking for an experienced Foreman to oversee civil, industrial, and commercial projects throughout South East QLD. You will be a hands-on leader who prefers running jobs from the front line, taking complete ownership of the site and taking serious pride in your work.

Key responsibilities
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
QA all completed works
Manage and coordinate site activities from commencement through to completion
Supervise and lead employees, subcontractors, and site crews
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget
Liaise with builders, project managers, suppliers, and other trades
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
Organise labour, materials, and equipment requirements
Monitor and enforce workplace health and safety requirements
Identify and resolve site issues proactively

About you




Carpenters or Concreters background welcome to apply
Versatile in office experience across civil, commercial, and industrial environments
Excellent communication skills for liaising with employees, clients, subcontractors, and management
Able to set out slab edge boards shutters rebates stairs when required
Total Station experience is desirable but not essential
Accountable team player who can problem solve on the fly
