Job description
We are seeking a relief cook/kitchen hand to join our small community team.
You must:
Have a passion for food and cooking
Be available to work Friday and Saturday evenings with the potential availability to do some prep work during the week
Have Food Handler Basics certificate but a NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate would be desirable
Have bistro A la carte experience
Have good attention to detail
Have positive communication skills
Have good understanding of food safety
Have good understanding of portion control
Role includes:
Food preparation and cooking
Kitchen cleaning and sanitizing
Stock rotation and control
Working as part of a small team
Award wages paid
Job Types: Part time, Casual, Permanent
Pay: From $34.00 per hour
