You'll work closely with our Project Management Team and get exposure to how engineering projects are run from start to finish. At Roesner & Hamilton, we work on the infrastructure people use every day - roads, transport, power, lighting and traffic signals that keep cities moving. We are a growing engineering consultancy with 50+ engineers, designers and drafters delivering projects across Queensland.
Key responsibilities
Using our project management software Total Synergy
Setting up new projects and keeping project records organised
Preparing, formatting and issuing proposals and project documents
Helping with invoices, expense reports and debtor follow-up
Assisting with tender and panel submissions
Document control and issuing project deliverables
Completing online applications and BYDA requests
Liaising with external authorities and stakeholders to help obtain approvals
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration
About you
Positive, self-motivated and ready to take ownership
Organised and comfortable juggling different priorities
Confident communicating with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders
A team player who enjoys working with different people
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
Professional, reliable and not afraid of a challenge
Previous Project Administrator experience preferred, particularly in engineering or a skilled services environment
