We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist who’s passionate about delivering world-class service, driving user adoption, and making a meaningful difference every day.

About the Role

This is more than just a support role — you'll be a key part of our customer's journey from day one. Through onboarding, training, and ongoing support, you'll ensure our clients get the most out of our subscription platforms and online store.

What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver exceptional first-contact support via phone, email, and chat
Own and resolve complex customer issues, keeping clients informed throughout
Conduct onboarding and training for new clients and administrators
Develop training guides, video tutorials, and support documentation
Lead or support quarterly webinars and help identify upsell opportunities
Log all customer activities and interactions in Salesforce
Contribute to internal process improvements and product testing (UAT)

What You Bring
Proven customer service experience (contact centre/case management a plus)
Experience in delivering training or customer education
Solid communication and presentation skills
Solid MS Office skills (Word,



Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to influence and build robust relationships
Attention to detail and a proactive approach

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience using Customer Relationship Management Systems e.g. Salesforce
Knowledge of ISO 9000/ISO 9001 Standards
Proficiency in Canva
