About the role

This full-time Warehouse & Counter Sales role in Wacol offers an exciting prospect to join a leading distributor of automotive, powersports and solar products. As part of the warehouse and customer service team, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient inventory management and providing excellent service to both trade and wholesale customers.

What you'll be doing
Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone
Processing orders and preparing quotes
Picking, packing and receiving stock
Keeping the warehouse organised and stock accurate
Supporting general branch operations as needed

What we're looking for
Solid customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
Comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management




Basic computer skills for order processing and invoicing
A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work efficiently
Strong work ethic and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
Current driver’s licence
A forklift license or the willingness to obtain one
Full Australian working rights
Mechanical or automotive background is highly regarded
