We have been around for over 10 years and are growing and want to grow quickly with the right team.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a full-time chef/cook who, will look after all aspects of the kitchen.

· Someone with Formal Qualifications and/or at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in a busy setting

· Someone who has cooked in a kitchen with tapas or similar workplace.

· Someone who can operate in a high pressure environment and deliver exceedingly high standard of service.

Someone who has managed a kitchen and a small team before.

What you will you do:





You will be working in our 120-seater restaurant in Crows Nest and these are a few of the roles you will be in charge of but not limited to,
Responsible for managing chefs and cooks below you.
Setting up your workstations with all the required ingredients and cooking equipment
Preparing ingredients to use in cooking in your section (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
Food safety around all our food products
Menu and specials planning sessions- time to be creative!
Work with floor staff to ensure amazing customer experience every time
Work with the general manager around staff, rostering, cost of goods and overall running of the kitchen.
Stock Takes and ordering
Prep, clean and plan for next day
